Get in the best shape of your life! Train like a champ without taking the hits! After several potential students telling us they really just wanted to train for fitness and do not want to get hit , and aren't interested in learning a complicated art, we decided to offer private lessons geared toward those individuals. In these classes you will learn many of the same drills and techniques that we use in our combat classes, however you do not have to spar and worry about getting hit, or testing for certain levels of advancement etc. You will be doing the same bag and mitt training as the students shown above and a whole lot more.
We also see lots of martial artist heading to aerobic and yoga classes on their days off from martial arts, in order to keep up their stamina. The private classes now available will give you all the extra cardio you need, and the skills used are functional for self defense and will aid you in your current training. For the Martial Artist we will do all the padwork and correct form and keep you moving, however their will not be any sparring in these classes.
